Version of September 22, 2026
This Policy describes what data the Administration of the "PALITRA eSIM" service (the "Administration", the "Service") processes and how it protects it. The Administration is the data controller within the operation of the Service. It can be contacted only through the official bot and support listed in section 11.
The Policy governs data processing in the course of operating the Service. The Service does not ask for passport details, a home address or other excessive personal data unless specific information is objectively required to verify a payment or refund, prevent fraud or comply with law.
The Service has no access to the content of the User's internet traffic or to the history of sites visited: eSIM traffic is processed by the mobile operator. The remaining data allowance is requested from the Partner Operator and shown to the User, but is not stored.
The Administration may collect, record, organize, store, update, use, disclose to the recipients listed below, restrict, delete and destroy data. Processing is automated and, where support or review requires it, performed with the participation of authorized persons.
Processing is necessary to enter into and perform the agreement with the User, comply with legal requirements and protect the Service against abuse. Where separate consent is required, data is processed on that consent; it may be withdrawn through support without affecting processing already lawfully performed.
Only necessary data is disclosed to the following categories of recipients:
Telegram, the payment partner, the Partner Operator and infrastructure providers may process data in other countries according to their terms and system locations. The Administration transfers only necessary information and applies safeguards required by applicable law.
Order, payment, Balance and Bonus data is stored as long as necessary to perform obligations, satisfy accounting and other mandatory record-keeping requirements, prevent fraud and resolve disputes. Support requests are retained for up to 14 days after closure, and backups for up to 14 days after creation. Other data is deleted or anonymized when processing purposes are met, the account is deleted or a valid User request is fulfilled, unless law or an active dispute requires longer retention.
Reasonable organizational and technical measures are used, including access restriction, logging and backups. The Service does not receive or store bank card details. Absolute security of data transmission over the internet cannot be guaranteed; if an incident occurs, the Administration acts under applicable requirements.
The User may request processing information, access, correction, restriction or deletion, withdraw consent where it is the processing ground, and complain to a competent authority or court. Requests are sent to support; the Administration may verify that the applicant owns the account. Data that must be retained by law, to perform obligations, prevent fraud or resolve a dispute is deleted after that ground ends.
The mini app and Service web pages use only technically necessary data and browser local storage required for the interface. Third-party advertising and tracking scripts are not used.
The Administration may change this Policy. The new version takes effect when published on this page.
