This document is a public offer from the Administration of the "PALITRA eSIM" service (the "Service", the "Administration") addressed to any legally capable individual (the "User"). Paying for an Order or starting to use the Service means the User fully and unconditionally accepts these terms, the Privacy Policy and the current Plans.
1. Definitions
Service — the Telegram bot @palitra_esim_bot and the mini app through which the User selects and pays for Plans and receives an eSIM.
eSIM — a digital mobile connectivity profile (a QR code and an activation code) installed on a compatible device without a physical SIM card.
Plan — a mobile data package: the data allowance (or unlimited), validity period and coverage area shown on the Plan page.
Partner Operator — a third party that provides the mobile connectivity under the Plan and issues eSIM profiles.
Order — the Plan and number of eSIMs chosen by the User.
Balance, Bonuses, Promo Code — internal accounting, payment and discount tools described in section 6.
2. Subject matter
The Administration delivers to the User an eSIM with the selected Plan. Mobile connectivity is provided by the Partner Operator.
Plans provide mobile data only. A phone number, voice calls and SMS are not provided.
The Administration does not develop or supply mobile devices, operating systems or third-party applications and is not responsible for how they work. Administration support is limited to questions about the Order, delivery and activation of the eSIM.
The Administration's role is limited to arranging the Order and delivering eSIM details received from the Partner Operator. The Administration is not a mobile network operator and does not control networks, coverage, roaming or the Partner Operator's service rules.
3. Nature of the service
The service is digital. The Administration's principal obligation is considered performed after payment is confirmed and the eSIM details providing access to the selected Plan are delivered to the User.
The Service, eSIM and related information are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation, continuous availability, any particular speed, latency or coverage, compatibility with a particular device, or fitness for the User's particular purpose.
Connectivity quality and availability depend on the Partner Operator, local networks, coverage, congestion, location, User settings and device, government restrictions and other circumstances outside the Administration's control.
The Administration may perform maintenance, change the interface and temporarily restrict access to the Service without guaranteed prior notice where required for security, updates or fault remediation.
Support guidance and information shown in the interface are informational and create no additional warranty of outcome, coverage or compatibility beyond this offer.
4. Plans and prices
Current Plans, prices, data allowances, validity periods and coverage areas are shown in the bot @palitra_esim_bot and in the mini app. Prices are shown in US dollars.
The Administration may change Plans and prices; changes do not affect Orders that have already been paid.
The Plan validity period is counted under the Partner Operator's rules: from the first network connection or from installation, as stated in the Plan description.
One Order can include from 1 to 10 eSIMs. Each eSIM is delivered separately.
5. Payment
Payment is accepted by the methods available in the Service (bank card, Faster Payments System and others). The list of methods may change and is shown on the payment partner's page.
Payment is made in rubles at a rate fixed when the Order is created and shown to the User before payment. The amount on the payment partner's page may include the payment service's fee.
An Order is considered paid once the payment partner confirms the payment; confirmation may take a few minutes. If payment is not received within the payment link validity period or the Order is not created, the Bonuses and the part of the Balance reserved for it are restored to the User's internal accounts.
A fiscal receipt is generated automatically when paying through the Service's payment partner.
6. Balance, Bonuses, Promo Codes, cashback and the referral program
The Balance is an internal record of the User's funds in the Service. It is not a bank account, deposit, electronic wallet or independent payment instrument, earns no interest and cannot be transferred to another person. It is credited by payments, refunds or adjustments and used for Orders.
When an Order is created, the required part of the Balance may be reserved. The reservation is released if the Order is cancelled or cannot be created. An unused Balance may be spent on Orders or withdrawn by request to support after payment and applicant verification. Where technically available, withdrawal is made to the original payment details; timing depends on the payment partner and bank.
Bonuses are loyalty units, not money. They have no independent cash value and cannot be withdrawn, exchanged, sold or transferred. Bonuses may only pay the eligible part of an Order.
A Promo Code gives a discount on an Order or credits Bonuses. A Promo Code may have an expiry date and a usage limit; each Promo Code can be used once per user. A Promo Code discount is not added to a referral discount — the larger one applies.
Cashback is credited in Bonuses on the amount paid with money if it reaches the threshold shown at checkout. The rate and threshold are shown before payment.
Referral program. The User receives a personal link. The invited person gets a discount on the first purchase, and the inviter gets Bonuses equal to a share of the invited person's first payment made with money. The rates are shown in the "Referral program" section and may change; changes do not affect Orders already placed.
If an Order is not completed, reserved Bonuses are restored. For an approved refund, Bonuses used in the Order are restored, while cashback and referral credits linked to the refunded Order may be reversed.
Inviting yourself, creating fake accounts and other abuse lead to cancellation of Bonuses, discounts and credits.
7. Installing and using the eSIM
The User checks independently that the device supports eSIM, is not locked to a specific carrier, and that the Plan is valid in the required area.
For installation and activation the device must be connected to the internet (Wi-Fi or mobile data).
An eSIM profile is, as a rule, installed once. Deleting the eSIM in the device settings after installation may make reinstallation impossible.
The QR code and the activation code are confidential. The User does not publish them or pass them to outsiders; the User bears the consequences of sharing them.
To get internet you may need to turn on mobile data and data roaming for this eSIM. Tethering (hotspot) and other features depend on the Partner Operator and the device.
Fair-use rules of the Partner Operator, including temporary speed reduction, may apply to unlimited Plans.
8. Refunds
This section does not limit rights that cannot be restricted by contract. The User may cancel the service as permitted by applicable law, taking account of the part already supplied and documented costs actually incurred.
The Service interface accepts requests within 14 calendar days of payment only if no data has been used and the Plan has not expired. Once the eSIM has been activated and the Partner Operator has recorded any amount of data usage, no refund is available. Requests made after 14 days are considered only where expressly required by applicable law.
Refund grounds may include: the eSIM was not delivered after confirmed payment; the profile is unusable due to the Administration or Partner Operator and the problem was not fixed within a reasonable time; or an erroneous or duplicate charge is confirmed by payment records.
No refund is provided after eSIM activation and the recording of any data usage. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, a refund may also be declined for a wrong country or Plan choice, an incompatible or carrier-locked device, deletion of the eSIM by the User, Plan expiry, or abuse of the Service.
To review a request, the Administration may ask for payment, device, installation, error and data-usage information. If several eSIMs were purchased, each eSIM is assessed separately.
An approved monetary amount is first credited to the Balance. It may be used for a new Order or withdrawn by contacting support under section 6. Bonuses used in the Order are restored; credits linked to that Order may be reversed.
9. User obligations and restrictions
Do not use the Service and the eSIM for unlawful activity, including sending spam, network attacks, distributing malware, phishing and fraud, or other actions that violate third-party rights.
Do not resell eSIMs or give an unlimited group of persons access to the Service without the Administration's written consent.
Do not bypass technical restrictions of the Service or the Partner Operator.
Do not use promo codes, discounts and the referral program in bad faith (section 6).
10. Lawful use
The use of mobile connectivity and eSIMs may be regulated by the law of the country where the User is located. The User determines independently and at their own responsibility whether use of the Service is permitted and bears the consequences of breaching applicable law.
11. Suspension and termination of access
The Administration may suspend or terminate access in case of breach of this offer, signs of abuse, or where required by applicable law. This does not remove the User's mandatory rights to a proper settlement or refund.
The User may stop using the Service at any time. Refunds for a paid Plan are governed by section 8 and applicable law.
12. Liability and limitation of liability
The User is responsible for selecting the country, coverage area, Plan and device; checking eSIM compatibility and carrier lock; correct installation and settings; having internet access for activation; enabling data roaming; and protecting the QR code and activation code.
Risks arising from acts or failures of the Partner Operator, payment partner, Telegram, device manufacturers, operating systems, local carriers or other third parties, or from unavailable coverage, reduced speed, blocking, roaming restrictions or changes to third-party rules, are outside the Administration's control and are borne by the User.
Indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, loss of data, alternative connectivity costs, travel, accommodation or other incidental User expenses are not recoverable.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, the User's sole monetary remedy for a particular Order is a refund of the amount actually paid for the relevant eSIM under section 8; any payment above that amount is excluded.
The limitations in this section apply to the fullest extent permitted by law and do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded by contract.
13. Notices
Legally significant messages are sent to the User through the bot @palitra_esim_bot. The User agrees to receive service messages (about the Order, payment, eSIM delivery, credits and the end of a Plan) and informational messages from the Service.
14. Intellectual property
The name, design and software components of the Service belong to the Administration. Copying them or using them outside ordinary use of the Service is prohibited.
15. Force majeure
The parties are released from liability for failure to perform obligations due to force majeure, including data center and network outages, and mass failures and restrictions on the side of carriers and payment systems.
16. Changes to the terms
The Administration may change this offer and related documents. The new version takes effect when published on this page. Continuing to use the Service after changes are published means the User accepts the new version.
